Wallach Place is a quiet tree lined block with red bricked sidewalks and 1800’s Townhomes. - Zillow Redfin Walk 99 - Secure Parking - Metro (subway) 3 min - National Mall 9 min - Convention Center 9 min - Restaurants, Shops, Music Venues, Theater, Bars, Night Clubs all around the corner.
Access to the Home by electronic lock . The code to unlock the door is given to the guest immediately after booking. Therefore, if the guest chooses to have interaction with the host, it is up to them. I live in the apartment below the house most of the time if any issues arise. the best way to interact with me is through the Airbnb messaging app. Most of the time, I will respond immediately. If I don't, please message me again. You are not disturbing me. The second best way is to call me. If it is an overnight emergency, just text me or call me repeatedly, and I will get the idea.
