An external stairway enables access between the two levels. LIVING AREA A large sectional and an armchair provide plush seating in the main living area. Stream favorite shows on the smart TV or simply kick back in the ample sunlight. The ground-level living area is outfitted with a queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, and bonus refrigerator. KITCHEN & DINING Home chefs will be delighted to find all-new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar for three as dinner simmers. When you’re ready to eat, gather around the table for six in the dining area. BED & BATH The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed and direct access to the deck. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, and the adjacent second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Located on the ground level, the third bedroom is appointed with a full-size bed and a twin bed. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The covered patio offers a peaceful retreat on sunny days. The dining table seats four to afternoon snacks. The spacious wraparound deck provides plenty of space to soak up the sun or rest in the shade. Climb the stairs to the observation deck for an unobstructed view of the surrounding beauty.
