A very cozy and modern 1BR in the luxurious Sunny Isles Beach neighborhood! The building is situation right across the street from the beach itself it's a short 2 minute walk over. High end international restaurants and shopping are situation within walking distance as well, making this condo very central to city life while still being a few minutes walk from the beach.
I've been renting out our condos in Sunny Isles for 10 years, it's my love and passion to be able to host others! My ultimate goal is always to create the best vacation experience for all our guests that visit our beautiful city, please reach out to me if you ever have any questions or concerns :)
Sunny Isles Beach is a luxurious and high-end area on the Northern side of Miami. It borders other luxurious neighborhoods like Aventura and Surfside. You can expect modern style and luxury with a beautiful fusion of international cultures around the globe
