The unit is divided into two floors, as detailed below: First Floor: Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with a large counter and 6 chairs, outfitted with all necessary utensils (pots, pans, glasses, etc.). Living Room: Featuring double-height ceilings, elegant sofas, an electric fireplace, a TV, and a dining table with 8 seats, creating a spacious and inviting environment. Half Bathroom: A social bathroom is available. Laundry: Fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Balcony: Excellent balcony with a jacuzzi for 7 people, a dining table with 6 chairs, a gas barbecue, and great sofas for enjoying relaxation and rest. Second Floor: Three has a private bathroom and closets. One suite with a bunk bed with two full-sized beds and one twin bed. One suite with a king-size bed. The master suite with a king-size bed, a desk, and a large chaise lounge. This layout ensures that guests experience a blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, making their stay memorable with amenities that cater to various needs and preferences. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues. I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing.

If guests want to use it (pool, fitness center, sports courts, etc.), they will have to pay 100.00 + taxes directly at the front desk per day of use. Simply provide your house address and make the payment. The clubhouse has: -pool -Hottub -tennis court -volleyball court with beach sand -fitness room -recreation for children PROPANE GAS ONLY GRILL RULES: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of 75.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement. If the propane tank provided in the house runs out, it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase an additional refill during their stay if they wish to continue using the barbecue grill HOUSES THAT HAVE A JACUZZI: On the balcony do not have additional fees added to the daily rates, this is a courtesy, if a problem occurs during your stay we do not refund amounts due to the jacuzzi not functioning properly. Do not throw any type of product into the water, subject to a fine of 150.00 RESERVATIONS OVER 28 DAYS: For stays longer than 28 days, the guest will be required to pay for an additional cleaning service, which will be performed after 15 days of stay to ensure the property's upkeep.
