You will enjoy the convenience of nearby restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and a local grocery store.  The sand levels at the beach located in front of the resort can vary depending on the conditions and tides, but there is a sandy entry to the ocean.

***Notice of ongoing project at Mahana: - Beginning on March 31, 2025, pre-construction mobilization begins and that includes hoisting materials to the roof, installing barricades and other safety precautions, setting the crane in place, etc. - Starting April 24, 2025, with an estimated end date of July 16, 2025, there will be a Heating, Ventilation, and AC outage for the entire building. This unit will have portable air conditioners installed in the living room and bedroom for your comfort.  - Noise is expected between April 28 through May 28, 2025, due to roof demolition work. - Potential water outages will be brief with advance notice, when possible.  We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.*** Please check in with local experts on weather and swimming conditions before entering the water.
