With nearby world-class slopes, gorgeous trails, glistening lakes, a thriving downtown, and Mammoth Mountain resort, there are plenty of activities for guests of all ages to enjoy. Imagine quiet mornings, drinking coffee while savoring the alpine air, and cheerful nights curled up with cocoa in front of the gas fireplace. Tall, vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams add character to the main floor of this modern mountain getaway. A few steps away, sliding glass doors let out to a balcony with a 2-person bistro set and views of the evergreen-dotted landscape. The second level hosts a loft. There’s 1 assigned parking spot available in the shared garage, with additional outdoor spaces upon availability. For ski access, guests can use the Ski Back Trail behind the building or visit Canyon Lodge—only a 14-minute walk or 5-minute drive away. Note: This home welcomes dogs for an additional fee of 150 USD plus tax, per pet, for up to 2 pets. NO CATS ALLOWED. The owner is highly allergic.
