What a place to be all together with enough space to spread out or be in our own retreat space if you want. The floor plan offers a grand open floor plan with 23' ceilings and also offers intimate areas like the living room with grand piano or the lower level family room with cozy real wood fireplace and it's own kitchen. The outdoor space is just as grand with a huge deck overlooking the beautiful Mississippi and LL Hot Tub. The bedrooms are separated by living spaces for your privacy.
In the summer we live in a condo across and down river about 3 miles. If you rent the pontoon and/or jet ski I should be available to help you get started using them.
Large driveway with room to park about 10 cars. Park is directly accross the street. Tennis and Pickleball courts are 1/2 mile away.
