Sound of the ocean is soothing to most. Light sleeper might need earplugs. - Exterior security cameras in place. - We are reminding our valued guests to refrain from descending the rock hill in the backyard for safety reasons. Doing so is solely at guests' own risk and responsibility. -We have included signages in the backyard near the rocks as an added precaution for safety. -The indoor fireplace adds charm to the space and only serves as a decorative feature. Other Things to Note: NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed. **IMPORTANT** Please kindly refrain from descending the rock hill in the backyard for safety reasons. Please note that doing so is at your own risk and responsibility. Pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of 100USD Dollars per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, 50USD Dollars per person, per night. By booking this property, you are allowing the host to conduct a background check when necessary to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
