Watch films on the 51” TV with Xfinity. A second living area offers a sofa, accent chairs, and a TV with Xfinity and a DVD player. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen overlooking the canal offers ample counter space, modern appliances, and all the gadgets you need to prepare tasty meals. Gather at the six-person table or dine alfresco on the private lanai. A second formal dining area seats six. BED & BATH Retreat to the quiet primary suite, which features a king bed and sliding glass door access to the lanai. The en-suite bath offers tile flooring, two vanities, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. These rooms share a bath with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Enjoy saltwater fishing off the private dock. Your rental offers four Adirondack chairs perfect for dockside lounging. A fish cleaning station is provided. As evening falls, relax with a cold beverage on the screened lanai, fire up the stainless steel gas grill, and dine as the sun sets. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
