The original architectural details of this charming bed and breakfast remain intact while modern touches throughout the house provide guests with the best of both old and new Key West hospitality. At Marrero's you to choose which of our charming rooms best suits you for your stay. Our location just half a block from Duval Street gives our guests prime access to all of the restaurants, bars, and sights Key West is famous for.
The house was built in 1889 by Francisco Marrero, a prominent cigar maker for his wife Enriquetta and their eight children. His bride loved the house so much that she is said to still enjoy the home beyond her life. Some believe she still moves through “her” house at night keeping a benevolent eye on things.
