Hi, my name is Bill, my wife is Karolina and we have two children, a pup, a cat, and a few chickens. Our family loves hiking, fishing, and camping as often as possible. Karolina is from Poland and I am from near Atlanta Georgia. Karolina is a Veterinarian and I have a T-shirt art business. For our 10th wedding anniversary, we visited a BNB in Savanah GA and were hooked and started looking for a BNB to share. We wanted to live close to Mountains with plenty of summer and winter activities and fell in love with Utah and moved in 2016. After many years of hosting guests at Spruce Moose Mountain Retreat, we decided to expand our hospitality business with a new travel trailer to share with guest’s as well “Spruce Moose Glamping” (Look us up). A few years ago we decided to move from Georgia to somewhere cooler and similar to Karolina's home-town near Bialystok Poland. Zakopane is a lovely mountain region in Poland that we’ve visited a couple times and absolutely loved. We felt all the activities that are available in the mountains would be a perfect fit and found the beautiful Wasatch Range (Rocky Mountains) in Utah to be very similar with Skiing, Hiking, Fishing, Mountain Biking, and so much more! The lower level apartment is very close to some great restaurants, Groceries, Golfing, Hiking, and much more can be enjoyed within 1-5 miles of the home. If you're just in the area for business or in town for much more, downtown SLC is only about 12 miles away with so many choices- Dine at the best restaurants, microbreweries, enjoy a night out on the town, visit famous landmarks.
