Amenities include: minutes to the town beach, huge yard, grill, stainless steel kitchen, coffee bar with Nespresso machine & Keurig, arcade machines, board games, kayaks, hammock, corn hole, ladder ball, outdoor dining, screened in porch, and a fire pit.

Neighbourhood information

Adjacent to Lanes End Marina. Just a few minute walk to the public beach in Melvin Village. Just a few minute drive to 20 mile bay and or 19 mile bay. The house is white with red shutters. In Tuftonboro also referred to as Mirror Lake.
