Mid Century Modern house located next to Dodger Stadium (10min walk to stadium entrance for games), Chinatown, Echo Park & DTLA. Three (3) nicely furnished bedrooms with a king, two fulls and one twin. Very bright & roomy house newly renovated. Open concept living room & kitchen with new appliances. Large backyard patio looking at DTLA & front patio to people watch during Dodger games. Very safe & walkable neighborhood.

Backyard is Dodger Stadium, walk to the game or walk another block to cross over to Chinatown and Downtown Los Angeles. Lots of local historic restaurants in the area also.
There is lots of public transportation in the area, from metro to bus to scooters to take around. Very central to most things in the LA area.
