An additional upstairs living area offers flexible home entertainment and added comfort, including a sectional and another smart TV. The gleaming, stainless steel kitchen comes well-equipped to handle home cooking with ease. Inviting coastal decor helps set the tone for your stay, while everyday essentials - including central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer for your laundry - provide carefree home convenience. For your entertainment, a cornhole set is provided in the garage and a collection of classic board games can be found in the cabinet in the upstairs living area. We kindly ask our guests to note that our community does not permit commercial vehicles on the premises. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Cable service is only available downstairs. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
