Conveniently located "house on a hill", this property is no more than 5 minutes to grocery stores (Walmart, Dakota Grocery, SAM's club), dozens of restaurants, I-90 to Sturgis (30 ms) and Ellsworth AFB (15 mins), Hwy 16 to Mount Rushmore (40 mins), Reptile Garden and Bear Country (15-20 mins), Downtown Rapid City with all the attractions and restaurants (10 mins). Security cameras cover the front entrance and driveway and inside the garage.
