Located in the trendy East Nashville neighborhood! Only 3 miles to Downtown Broadway bars and about 15 minutes from the Airport. First floor patio area with outdoor seating and a gas grill. Fully fenced in yard. Tons of restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, bars and live music nearby. Washer/dryer, free parking on-site and high-speed wifi in the home. Plenty of space for your group! **Please note that we have a strict No Parties policies. Do not book this home if you are planning to host a party.
