We are excited to welcome you to this modern home. Beautifully designed with Zen Buddha decor. When you enter the home from the back of the house you will walk into an open kitchen with a large island where you can enjoy a morning cup of tea. The kitchen is fully stocked and open to a cozy living room. You have a total of three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Off the large master suite (ensuite included) you'll find a nice terrance/patio where you can relax with your favorite glass of wine.

Walnut hills in a beautifully diverse neighborhood with places of entertainment like Cafe Vivace which offers Live Jazz, wine and coffee. The Greenich is a great night spot that offers live music and bar. The Tiki Tiki Bang Bang Bar. Esoteric Brewery, Comfort Bar, 5 Points Alley and more. Our locale is just a short walking distance to beautiful Eden Park. Eden Park is nestled between East Walnut Hills and Mt. Adams and is home to the Cincinnati Art Museum, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park and the Krohn Conservatory, making Eden Park one of the most popular parks in Cincinnati. Cincinnati Ballet is also a short walking distance. You could even walk to the Casino which is just about a mile away. Also just minutes from Downtown, OTR, Mt. Adams, UC, FCC and All stadiums. Because we centrally located there's no shortage of things to do.
