As soon as you cross the serene creek, admire the adorable walking bridge and approach the private gate, you instantly feel at ease. As the automatic gate opens and reveals Montecito Serenity, you feel the sense of peace and calm that is synonymous with the beach. There is plenty of parking with ample space to unload the car and start your luxury seaside escape. This vacation home is ideally set up for extended or multiple families, with 5 Bedrooms in the Main House and 1 Bedroom in the separate Casita, or for any family who covets their space. The downstairs area of the Main House provides an abundant amount of room to relax and hang out. The large sectional is the perfect location to take in the game or watch a movie. The dining table with bench seating easily converts from a place to gather for a meal to the ideal setting to assemble a puzzle or host a friendly game night. There are also two Bedrooms, a full Bathroom and large laundry room downstairs. The first Bedroom has 2 bunk beds (2 twins and 2 fulls), the perfect bunk room!
