This three bedroom townhome is right across from the family pool that also has a baby pool that is 12" deep and perfect for small children. This pool area also has a nice bar area to carry a nice lunch to or grill out with your family. The bedrooms are upstairs, the living room furniture is a comfortable seating area for 6, the dining room also seats 6 and is a great place for family gatherings. There is also an oudoor patio and a nice lawn area behind the unit that extends to the playground. Ocean Walk complex has the most amenities of any on the island, is close to the village and restaurants and is on the island bike paths. Wide open spaces and walking path around the lake make the complex very desirable for families. Fishing is allowed in the lake, there is a fitness center, clubhouse with game room and ping pong table. The clubhouse veranda is a great place to read, relax , or just catch up. We are easily accessible and take emergency calls after hours too. We are 8 blocks to the pier/lighthouse area, ballfields are about 4 blocks away, great restaurants and shopping are also in village area at the end of our street, as well as beach access.
