Navigate Manistee is a 3-story townhome in Harbor Village with a year-round indoor pool and spa, seasonal outdoor pool and spa, fitness room, marina, playground, sand volleyball court, and a community fire pit. Harbor Village sits along the magical shores of Lake Michigan where you can swim at 5th Avenue Beach, stroll along the North Pierhead, and end your day with a beach bonfire while watching the stunning sunset. The main floor open plan layout invites our guests to relax in the living room with a Smart TV and streaming apps, dining with seating for 6 plus a peninsula with 3 stools, and a new suite of stainless-steel appliances. The 2nd floor sleeps 6 - Primary BR has a queen bed, BR 2 has 2 twin beds, and a spacious landing houses a twin daybed with a trundle (AKA BR 3). Sliding glass doors lead out to an open-air balcony with four chairs where you could end the evening star gazing. The Lower Level features a family room (AKA Bedroom 4) with a queen sofa sleeper, a Smart TV, and a door for privacy. The back entrance serves as a handy "mudroom” that walks out to a patio. This level also has an office, laundry room, and a full bathroom.

Although we are new to this hosting site, we are going into our 4th summer of pleasing our guests when they choose to Navigate Manistee! In fact, we are a premier host with 5-star reviews. Our family lives in Chicago, but my husband and I grew up in Michigan and we have fond memories of the beaches, lakes, fishing, skiing, golfing, boating, camping and the many year-round attractions that Michigan boasts. Since owning this property in 2020, Our family (girls ages 10 and 13) has enjoyed camping, beach-going, star gazing, kayaking, swimming, climbing Sleeping Bear Dunes, touring the Lake Michigan coast along M-22, taking a sleigh ride at Fantail Farms (they have carriage rides in the Fall!), downhill skiing at both Caberfae and Crystal Mountain, and simply exploring the great outdoors! It turns out that Manistee is the hidden gem from where we can spend summers, holidays, and long weekends and now we’re pleased to share it with you! Manistee is where relaxation and adventure intersect in Northern Michigan! The Harbor Village community has a private marina, pools, and an outdoor play area. The beach is a 10-minute walk on sidewalks, where our wagon with monster wheels and a cooler on wheels will simplify getting there. We have spare beach chairs and sand toys to help you ease up on packing. It's a breezy 15-minute walk or short bike ride to the Manistee Riverwalk and the downtown eateries and shops. For the adventure enthusiasts, there are plenty of nearby activities like hiking, biking, camping, skiing at two resorts, kayaking, fishing, kitesurfing, or whatever your experience calls for in the adjacent Manistee National Forest and nearby parks. Take advantage of "cheater" camping at Nordhouse Dunes, go on a kayaking or tubing adventure on the Manistee River, or use Fall as the excuse to drive up M-22 for the most vivid, picturesque Fall color tour, visiting the darling seaside towns along the way. Don’t forget to take in the view atop Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore or Arcadia Dunes.
