Neskowin Eyrie This elegant, contemporary home perches on a ridge in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the Pacific, giving you panoramic views across the Neskowin Marsh National Refuge to the sea. You’ll have access to a mile-long marshland trail to the beach. From there you can walk the gently sloping sandy beach a half-mile to the village of Neskowin for views of Proposal Rock, a delicious meal at the Hawk Creek Café or groceries from Neskowin Trading Post. The home has a wonderful main-level gathering space, a gorgeous living room with a large stone hearth, wood fireplace and TV surrounded by buttery leather sofas, cozy chairs and cushioned window seats along the expansive windows. The planked ceilings, hardwood floors and oriental carpets provide a warm, comforting atmosphere alongside the stellar ocean views. Double doors take you out to a covered porch for the soothing sounds of surf and bird calls from the marsh below.
