The house is a triplex and all units are listed. This is the Guest Suite Unit C behind the carport at the west wing side, with the entrance of double door faced to south. Beautifully updated Old Katy home loaded w/ modern conveniences & exquisite finish-out on a recently* landscaped ½-acre lot. Super easy access to I-10/Grand Parkway! Minutes to Katy Mills, Hermann Hospital, West Methodist Hospital, Waterpark, H Mart, Costco and tons of restaurants. In-N-Out is just 0.5 mile away!
