A copy of our rental agreement and credit card authorization form will need to be signed at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. Additional charges for unapproved late check-out shall be incurred by Renter at up to 250.00 dollars per hour past check-out time. Pets are allowed with written authorization prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in a 1500.00 USD fee (per month, per pet), plus any additional costs for extra cleaning or damages attributable to such pet(s) and per night fees. The authorized pet fee per pet/per night is 45 USD. Stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to 35 USD per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to 25 USD per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to 15 USD per pet/ per night.
