The property is new construction custom built Sept 2025 tri-level in the Palisades Hills. Amazing views of the entire city of Albuquerque, Sandia & Manzano mountains, & downtown Albuquerque. 600 sq ft of outdoor living space on a covered patio w/ balcony, Bar, BBQ grill, sink, and fire pit. This house has never been lived in, everything in the house is brand new! The living room and master bedroom has a wall mount fireplace & TV and mountain and city views through 8-sliding glass doors that open out to the patio balcony. 3-bedrooms, 6-beds, bedroom 1: (master bedroom) 1-king bedbedroom 2: trundle bed 1-double & 1 twin underneath that rolls out. Bedroom 3: trundle bed-1-double & 1 twin underneath that rolls out. Living room: 1-Queen air mattress (self inflatable, bed & bedding located in basket in laundry room), 3 bathrooms, 3 car garage.
I love going on vacation with my family.
The Palisades hills are homes built on hills overlooking the city of Albuquerque and is right by the Rio Grande River and 10 mins from downtown, and right off Route 66. There is a large park across the street, with walking trails, and a great place to walk a dog, or take your children to play.
