Well kept in a quiet neighborhood brand new built. Family-friendly whole house with contactless self-check-in. Central to Buffalo and Niagara Falls and all it has to offer. The house has a Living/Dining room, eat-in Kitchen with dishwasher, a Family room with 50” TV, full Bath. The family room (listed as the 3rd bedroom) has one sleeper sofa and a futon. Upstairs a full bath with a tub. In bedroom 1 there is a queen bed with ample storage. In bedroom 2 there is a plush king bed.
Neighbourhood information
I have been living (next door) for 5+ years never had any safety issues. But considering Buffalo is not that rich town. This area is not like Buffalo downtown. It's a little less updated, sidewalks are not that well maintained. Most of the houses next to this house are generally maintained but if you go around you might see the old (not well maintained) house.
I never had a safety issue but providing details about locality so that one won't get shocked if coming from a big city etc.
