Villa Lucia is located in a quiet yet central area in southeast Cape Coral. It offers enough space for 6 people and enchants with its charm. The view of the heated saltwater pool (no smell of chlorine and particularly kind to the skin) and the green surroundings, including palm trees, gives you that holiday feeling at all times.

I am a software engineer, husband, and dad. I enjoy traveling with my family where we explore new cultures, experiences, and food. We have visited 13 countries so far and 20+ US states.

Very quiet, mostly families and retired folks. Although Cape Coral streets are very safe to walk and bike, you will need a car to move around to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, parks, beaches, etc.
