The house is located at the end of a wide cul-de-sac on a large lot with nice street appeal, front and back lawns, and lots of Cedar, Fir, Hemlock, and other native NW trees, ferns, salal, and bushes in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to Bridle Trails State Park. For those who like to explore, the property also features direct access to secluded walking and horse-riding trails. Note: the hot tub is not available.

Host is available through booking dot com and will respond promptly to any questions or concerns. Property hosted by an onsite resident owner occupying a separate and closed off wing of the house, and one dog.

No overnight parking allowed in circular driveway in front of house; please park only in the two designated "Guest Parking" spaces (located in back driveway just outside the second and third garage doors). No parties or extra guests (other than accompanied minors of main guests). Please do not mess with any of the security cameras or other electronic systems. Be respectful of all neighbors and those who pass by on the adjacent horse/walking trail, as this is a serene and safe neighborhood. Please note this price does not include any pets. Should you wish to bring a pet, please let me know as there is an additional cost for cleaning.
