As a Miami resident for over 40 years, I have always enjoyed getting away to Key Largo for the fishing, boating, and relaxation that is unique to the area. Being able to share the Key Largo laid back life style with other families from all over the world has truly been one of the most gratifying experiences of my life. Over the years I have been able to meet so many people and share stories with them. They all seem to have the same things in common, they all love experiencing nature and the outdoors in a way that brings them closer together as a family. I'm married to a very supportive wife Charlene and have two great kids, Sofia and Fernando Jr. They all love the outdoors just as much as dad. I am a Civil Engineer by trade, having worked for 11 years at a firm in Miami primarily in the areas of Land Development and Highway Design. In the mid 90's I began renting out my second home in Key Largo to generate extra income and as the saying goes "The rest is history". I still keep my Engineering License active (worked to hard to get it) and have since obtained my Real-estate License. I'm presently serving as President of the Kawama Yacht Club and Secretary at The Mariners Club.

This 1,400 sf 4th floor condo unit offers Stunning OCEAN/MARINA/SUNSET views as well as views of the beautiful Mediterranean Style Villas (Actual Balcony View Top Left Picture). From the comfort of your own Living/ Dining/ Master Bedroom you have direct views of the beautiful Turquoise Waters and Chain of Islands the Keys are famous for. In Summer of 2019 the unit was COMPLETELY REMODELLED to include: New Wood Floors Throughout, Modern Master Bath as well as Guest Bath, Brand New Kitchen W/Granite Counter Top and all New Stainless Steel Appliances, New Ceiling Lighting, New Master and Guest Bedroom Furniture Sets W/King Beds in each, Newly Painted all Walls and Ceilings, New Tommy Bahamas Sofa (With Queen Sleeper) and Love Seat, New Epic 70" Ultra HD Smart TV in Living Room, New 55" HD Smart TV in Master Bedroom and also a New 45" HD Smart TV in 2nd Master Bedroom.

Typical Day At Kawama Yacht Club: Enjoy a relaxing swim off of our private beach, BBQ with family at one of our ocean front Tiki Huts, fish off of the 400' jetty, sunbathe at one of our pools, burn off some calories on our tennis courts, take the kids over to our new playground or maybe snorkel in our private saltwater lagoon and swim along side the dozens of exotic fish. EXTRAS: Golf Cart Available for Rent, Best Way to Get Around Resort. Pair of Kayaks Available for Rent as well, Best Way to Explore our Salt Water Lagoon. Inquire for pricing. These are very popular items, so reserve early. BEACH DISCLOSURE: During the Summer months it is common for large amounts of seaweed to blow in and collect along the shore line. This is due to the constant East winds that blow towards the Florida coastline, so its a natural phenomenon that occurs throughout the entire East coast of Florida. Some guest do find this to be a nuisance. As an alternative there is a nice public beach on the bay side only 10 min from the resort, the sea grass does not collect on that beach since its on the opposite side to the open ocean. A 50% RESERVATION DEPOSIT REQUIRED - PAID DIRECTLY TO HOST.
