A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom is located in the separate cottage in the backyard and features a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed. The bathroom in the cottage is outfitted with a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREAS Find ample space for both relaxation in the expansive backyard. Curl up with a favorite book in one of five chairs. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
