HERE IT IS! This “one of a kind” property is uniquely situated between the beach, canal, village with a private heated pool & dock, one of the best spots on Siesta Key! This charming 1,500 sq. ft. cottage beach home is being offered for the 1st time. If you want a cute, private original bungalow style beach cottage home all to yourself without the shared wall feel of a condo, then you are in the right spot!
We are a family of 5, with 3 boys that all love to travel. While I grew up coming to Siesta Key, Lido and Long Boat Key, I have found Siesta Key still offers the Island experience and you never have to leave the USA with one of the best beaches. My wife and I have spent 24 years traveling, capturing what we liked best about all of our vacations in hopes to parlay some of those ideas into a hobby/passion for others to enjoy. Cleaning staff available if you need anything. Available via phone, text, email.
You are in the North Siesta Village as one of the few unique single family homes that is not a condo. This is a short term rental district that is primarily made up of condominiums, apartments, resorts and multiplexes, so if you want property all to your self, than this is it. Walk to everything on the island, if or take free trolley that takes you to various points on the island and you can catch it at the market a block away.
