Enjoy the excitement of Oxford and come back to this great, one-of-a-kind place. The house looks feels like a mountain retreat while being only 13 miles to Jackson Ave. in Oxford. A semi-private Sardis Lake beach is just a 3 min. walk away. The house has a covered deck with 4 cozy recliners, 2 grills, a mounted TV and an outdoor woodburning fireplace. This 2000 sf, 3 Bedroom/2 bath home sits in one of the only residential spots on Sardis Lake, embedded in Corps of Engineers land. Super peaceful.
