Just off the hallway, the updated bathroom includes a large vanity space and a glass walk in shower. This 2nd-floor unit features a private lanai with a dining table for 2 and a lounge chair. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping easy and provides additional counter seating for 3. Pack light! This unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience. *** Papakea is currently undergoing a property-wide plumbing renovation. This condo is not under repair, however, please note the information below: - Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work. - Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. - To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM. - Dates are subject to change.
