The road to the house contains 1 mile of non-paved country road. We've had no problems with a front wheel drive car and snow is not an issue. The yard is perfect for sunbathing, lawn games, or enjoying lunch on the deck overlooking the seasonal creek or star gazing at night. Enjoy outdoor games in total privacy on 12 acres.

Off-roading and hiking trails close by. Mariposa, CA is a historic city founded in 1849 during the California gold rush. Downtown Mariposa has kept with this history, offering unique shopping, restaurants, bars and breweries, all while maintaining the old western charm. Plenty of parking available on the property.
