Our condo is located right off of Rendezvous Road among a row of modern townhomes. The Rendezvous trail system runs all through the neighborhood. There are countless miles of trails to explore through Arapahoe National Forest and Idlewild (a former ski resort). Within a 1 mile walk you can enjoy: two Lift stations (red line), Fireside Market, The Perk Coffee, Wake N' Bacon, Hernando's Pizza, a playground, and Winter Park's Main Street! Nearby Fraser Recreation Center has an indoor pool, large workout room, gym, indoor basketball courts, sauna, and tumbling gym for kids. Within a short 30-minute drive, you can dive into a wealth of activities and attractions. Discover Winter Park Resort, renowned for its world-class skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking.
