Bring your beach gear and enjoy a fun time on the beach, just steps from the condo! You will also be within a short drive to many great local shops to grab souvenirs, delicious dining options, and fun for the whole group. You are also only six and a half miles from the Wharf where you can find the AMC 15 movie theater, plenty of great places to eat, nightlife, and one of the tallest Ferris wheels on the Gulf coast! RESORT AMENITIES -Indoor/outdoor pools -Hot tubs -Fitness room -BBQ area -Sauna -Tennis courts -Beach access THINGS TO KNOW BEGINNING JANUARY 5, 2026 THE HOA WILL BE WORKING TO REPAIR AND PAINT THE BALCONIES AND HANDRAILS. EACH STACK WILL TAKE 10 DAYS TO COMPLETE. THERE MAY BE NOISE DURING THIS TIME AND BALCONY ACCESS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. All parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site.
