Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be asked to pay a damage waiver or leave a damage deposit. You will need a valid credit card or debit card for this process. There is an additional cost for this service. This is being disclosed here so you cannot complain to Booking dot Com; you will not get a refund if you do not agree to this. Please complete the process prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. We will only give you access to the property once we receive an "approved" status from Truvi. This process is mandatory and not optional. There is an additional cost and you cannot complain to Booking dot Com about this because it is being disclosed to you very clearly here. You will also be required to sign a rental agreement. This is being disclosed here as well. There will be no refunds if you choose not to comply with these requirements.
