The Layout: Make your home base at this casual, classic, and comfortable condo in Ptarmigan House and enjoy endless days of powder on the nearby slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort! This ski-in/ski-out property sits within a short stroll (or ski) of the main base area, welcoming you home from your daily skiing, hiking, or mountain biking adventures with a gas fireplace, a community hot tub and gas grill, and a private balcony where you can breathe in the fresh mountain air. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped full kitchen, a dining table, and a living area with plush furniture and a flatscreen TV. As the snow piles up outside, you can spend your evenings playing cards by the crackling fire or kicking back for a favorite movie or show with your loved ones. The Bedrooms: At night, you'll have one bedroom with a queen-size bed as well as a full-size sofabed in the living area. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
