This house has everything you need for a family get together that you won't forgot or a relaxing getaway with friends. You will be welcomed into a ginormous living room with 20 ft pine ceilings, a majestic lake view, pool table, 2 large tv's and a grand fireplace. There is a separate master suite with a tv and private bath on the main level. The kids will LOVE the 2 lofts to play and sleep. 2 upper decks and a lower one. All with lake views. 3 bedrooms downstairs. 4 parking spaces too!
My wife and I are careful and caring owners of this perfect getaway. We are always available via phone or text. And we live 1 hour and 15 minutes away for any emergencies. We spend time at this house whenever we can. We want you to enjoy it and have as great of memories as we do! Please don't hesitate to tell us what we can do to make your current or future experiences better.
Wonderful, quiet neighborhood with no traffic to be seen or heard. Easy 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the Village to get groceries or dine out. Blue Jay is a 7 minute drive. Skypark @ Santa's Village is only 10 minutes away! Along with great mountain biking and food, the kids will love the roller/inline skating rink, archery, shooting, hatchet throwing, zipline, climbing wall, etc. Check out Heap's Peak Arboretum for a lovely walk in the woods. There many beautiful hiking trails nearby as well. The neighborhood is great for taking walks. if you go out to Burnt Mill and take a left, the first left turn will take you onto Summit Rd. that is a loop and has wonderful houses and views. You can get to the Village without walking on 189. When you get to it via Cottage Grove Rd, you simply cross the street that puts you onto a trail that will take you down to Burnt Mill Creek Beach where you can walk past the Lake Arrowhead Resort to get to the Village.
