Welcome to our Randolph Base home! Our 4 bed/ 2 bath/ 1-storey house is in a convenient, quiet and safe neighborhood near IH-35 and Loop 1604. It is a central base to Randolph AFB, SA downtown, New Braunfels and the Texas hill country including Austin. Restaurants, grocery, shopping, parks and entertainment centers are also minutes away!

Property is located in a private and safe neighborhood nestled in the center of the Medical Center area. - House is 100% non-smoking. - Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request. - Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00.
