Just a short walk to the always popular 40th street recreational beach or to the best restaurants in all of Newport. Kick back on the front patio, watch the sunset, and then rest assured that you have found one of the most beautiful homes in the neighborhood. Here's what you'll find: LIVING/DINING ROOM: - Sofa set - Streaming TV (YouTube TV) - Dining table with seating for 4 KITCHEN: - Open to the living/dining areas - Counter seating - Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware - All large and small appliances - Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.) BEDROOMS: Primary Bedroom: King bed; En suite bathroom Bedroom #2: Bunk bed (double and single) EXTRA SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 2 twin trifold floor mats are provided (best suited for children), along with extra linens/pillows. Twin rollaway beds can be rented in lieu of mats, if desired. Make arrangements in advance with our office to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
