The living room, which includes a sleeper sofa, and adjoining kitchenette offer a spacious living area. This condo has one bathroom. The kitchenette provides a refrigerator, stove/oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedroom has king bed, sleeper sofa in living room. The bedroom is accommodated with a king size bed, 2 bathrooms with a jacuzzi tub, and a gas fireplace for your enjoyment. Ask for a lovely one bedroom condo that features a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Little Pigeon River.

Neighborhood info

Both buildings on the property have elevators. All units are wheelchair accessible. All units have gas fireplaces, and kitchens in them. We provide a small box of dishwasher detergent so we suggest bring more just in case. We provide the basic cookware and utensils you may need, but if you plan on doing a lot of cooking we suggest bringing more cookware. We provide all linens and towels. Housekeeping does not clean your room during your stay unless you request it, and there is a fee. Due to HOA rules, no trailers are allowed in the parking lot.
