I bought this home back in 2018 and I have worked extremely hard to upgrade the property while keeping it affordable and geared towards families and friends who appreciate a large family room and natural scenery. I live about 2 hours away and frequently take trips up to work on the home and keep things in good condition.

Bethel is a small town with plenty of conveniences and nearby activities. The house is located on a local road just 2 miles from downtown where there is a grocery store, pharmacy, general store, and several restaurants. The house has private access to the Androscoggin river and the town has 2 watercraft rental companies that take advantage of this gentle river. About 15 minutes away you can visit Sunday River Resort which has mountain biking, golf, chairlift rides and more. About 25 minutes away is Grafton Notch State Park where there are many hikes and sights to see. There is also Mt. Abrams that also has mountain biking and other activities.
