Private Room, or Apartment with coded lockable doorknobs, or A Tent to sleep in on property. 2) Parking on site 3.) Wifi 4.) Coffee , tea 5.) shared Pool on site. Only your room is Private everything else is SHARED. Room 1 & 2 offers a mini fridge and a tv. Lamps for ambiance and ceiling fans, a bath with a tub and lounge area that is shared. The swimming pool is also on this property. There is NO kitchen offered for Rooms 1 & 2. *** We strive to make your stay awesome! Our second location is: Our King and Queen Rooms! In this unit we have a full Kitchen and bath, lounging area that is shared. Ceiling fans and lamps are also in each room. To enjoy the pool you will have to drive 2 minutes to the main property. There is a designated smoking area , absolutely NO smoking in or near the house. We offer a wooden grill and Fire Pit so you'll have to purchase your own pallets from the store Outside cooking just ask for utensils We are now offering a safe place to sleep in our Tents for the budget conscious travelers! Best deal on Maui! This listing is open 5pm-10am ONLY daily. All guest must exit property daily. Hot outside shower, outhouse, Wi-Fi and security is all you need to wind down after a long day out and about. The tents are a new idea so we only have 1 listing We will set up your tent have an air matress, bedding, towels are all included. We will break down your tent daily to do cleaning and yard work. Welcome to the Robbins Estate! I am Hawaiian Portuguese and my husband is Indian and African American. We have 10 kids ,18 grandchildren ,2 dogs and 3 cats. We are rarely home due to our Health and Fitness business called Fit or Fatality and our travel schedule! We are a private fitness training facility. We also have a supplement store in the gym. We also sell all types of CBD products. Our private training facility is located at: 1124 Lower Main Street Wailuku Hi 96793. Literally 2 minutes from the house. If planning on working out please plan accordingly. and asap! If you need help in your health or want to lose weight or even grow muscles let us know. As for the house we have an assistant named Kevin who can help . He is a huge factor in why the yard is so nice and the shared area so clean. We do work 10 hours a day so we are hardly here at the house so please stop by the gym to make payment if you haven done so and meet us before checking in Mon to Fri 10-7 only. All weekend reservations needs to schedule workouts during the weekdays. Monday-Friday 10-7 Our home has a chill vibe very relaxing. We live upstairs in a bi-level home so you probably won't see us unless you come to the gym. We rent cars. We offer use of our Kayaks, boogie boards and a surf board upon request for NO CHARGE. Here is Wailuku Maui our Shopping Malls, Theaters, Hiking. Beaches are all at an arms reach away! Popular hiking grounds are all around us here! Hiking ideas such as Iao Needle, Waihee Ridge, Kahakuloa head trail and more??! We are also very close to the airport! ***Very Important ! ****Here in Hawaii some cars are loud, Neighbors talk loud sometimes they even argue. Dogs bark and chickens crow... We have such a warm climate that sometimes bugs such as ants, roaches etc. will come out to play and say hi if you or someone leaves uneaten food or rubbish laying around.... We try our best to keep it bug free but honestly it is unavoidable if they do appear. Non of these bugs are dangerous just kind of creepy.
