Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with guests We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

The original doors, moldings, and vintage character have been beautifully preserved, while the space offers modern amenities like Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. With two cozy bedrooms, one full bathroom, and room for up to 10 guests, it’s the perfect retreat near Midtown and the University of Memphis. Pets are welcome for a fee. We’d love to host you! You are staying in the unit with the door on the right side of the duplex. Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will see a relaxing living room with SmartTV and a sofa bed. Walk on the right side, and you will reach the dining area, kitchen, and laundry room. The laundry room has an access door going to the backyard. There is a hallway near the kitchen leading to the bedrooms and bathroom. Outside, a charcoal grill is available for use. Interested in more space? Inquire about renting both units! The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home, but the yard is shared with the other unit. This house is situated in a historic neighborhood near Lamar Avenue Highway. The area is rich with character and provides easy access to supermarkets and shopping centers. Just a few minutes from the University of Memphis and Midtown. Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Other things to note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home.
