Our newest addition is our themed 3 Tiny Home 2 person adventure with a bathhouse ensuring that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We provide information on local attractions, restaurants, and activities in Roscoe, Calicoon, and Livingston Manor to help you make the most of your visit. Upon arrival, we will ensure you are familiar with everything on the property. Mike, & I, and our 2 very friendly dogs live on-site to assist with any needs you may have, while also respecting your privacy. Whether you need help building a bonfire or have other requests, we are here to make your stay enjoyable. Each accommodation has its own private fire pit, deck, and BBQ area, providing ample space and privacy, although there are other guests on the property. Our past guests have loved the communal atmosphere, outdoor games, and peaceful setting. Our property is ideal for family get-togethers, reunions, we can comfortably host 30 guests. . Mike & I and our 2 very friendly puppies live on the property we also totally respect your privacy as well. Every guests needs are different and we understand that. We are here to help build bon fires and help with any of your needs. There is also a cottage and a luxury Rv on the property that we rent as well so if you want not a soul to be around this place is not for you! Everyone has there own private fire pit, decks, and bbq and plenty of space & privacy but there are other people on the property all our past guests loved and enjoy our little resort and fun set up with outside games and plenty to keep you entertained and peaceful. We are located 25 minutes from Bethel woods Concerts. Roscoe NY pet friendly! Mike & I provide you with wood for the fire places, fire pits & propane for the bbq's. The cabin is stocked with shampoo, conditioner & shower gel, spices, ketchup, mustard, mayo, coffee, tea, sugar, paper plates, napkins, plastic cups, etc. Just bring your food & drinks and of course clothes & a big smile. Will do the rest! Great place for fun peaceful R&R next to a warm fire 🔥. Our property is 6 acres with walking trails. We are 4 miles from the town of Roscoe.
