Delta gardens & farmhouse is the original living space within camp delta. The old farmhouse has 4 comfortable bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The space has been remodeled to emulate a four seasons hotel suite with luxurious moldings, furnishing, exquisite artwork, black labeled mattresses, & top quality linens. There are also 3 large, big screen TV’s within the house & free Wi-Fi. The 3 bedrooms upstairs have access to a beautiful balcony overlooking the gardens. On the 1st floor of the house is a 400 sq suite with a private entrance to the gardens. The house has a gourmet kitchen, two dining areas & two gathering areas, living room and tv room. The gardens have multiple areas. If you choose prayer, meditation or just gathering for private conversation. There are fountains throughout the gardens, with exotic plants, statues, and figurines. There's an oversized swimming pool, which can be heated in the winter. In addition there is a beautiful hot tub. There's over five thousand square feet of concrete decking, comfortable lawn furniture and outside fire pit plus multiple tables for gathering and eating with an exquisite outside kitchen.

Our place boasts a forty-acre working horse ranch, offering an authentic and immersive experience for those who appreciate equestrian activities. But that’s not all! We are part of the Sacramento Wildlife Refuge and Bird Sanctuary, where you can find multiple trails perfect for bird watching or fishing within the marsh. Imagine spotting a variety of bird species in their natural habitat, all while enjoying the tranquility of nature. Directly across the street, you will find the Sacramento River, complete with walking and bike trails . This provides a scenic and refreshing way to explore the area. And if you need a change of pace, just hop across the highway to Delta Shores, a massive shopping center filled with excellent restaurants, Walmart, grocery stores, and a fantastic shopping experience.
