When you book this delightful escapade, you are also granted access to a variety of fantastic community amenities, including a pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, and a billiards area with pool tables. Upon entering this fourth-floor charmer, you will be welcomed by an open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces. Channel your inner chef and prepare tasty masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen and then retreat to the inviting living area for a tranquil evening at home - spread out comfortably on the sofa and stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV. Your private balcony offers a nice seating area where you can relax after a refreshing time in the pool. This studio enjoys a semi-private bedroom separated from the living space by a room divider and has its own en suite bathroom. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer and central AC. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This rental allows 30+ night stays. Streaming is available using your own accounts. Guests are not allowed to use the conference room. All dog droppings have to be picked up immediately. Only four people per unit are allowed in the pool at one time. There is an HOA and they do not allow anything to be stored on the balcony and nothing to hang over the railing.
