The newly remodeled home spreads out over close to1600 square feet on two levels. Each level has a balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Living room, dining area, kitchen, a half bath as well as a bright office area with a desk are on the main level. The upper level features 2 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom attached and a laundry room with a full washer and dryer. Parking is available for 1 car at the home or in a guest parking spot on property, first come first serve. A shared pool is just a few steps away. You can overlook the pool while sitting on one of your balconies. Bed arrangement is 1 King, 2 Queen sized beds. Sofa sleeper in the living room. 2x60" and 1x55" Smart TVs.

Another big plus is the location of the Sand Dunes Townhome! You have a convenience store right across the street and an ice cream shop as your neighbor :) Walk less than half a mile and you can enjoy some food, a cocktail, live entertainment while watching the dolphins play at Crabby’s on the Pass. Or, walk across the bridge, less than a mile, where you will find John’s Pass Village which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in only 2 hours.
