We purchased our first unit in the area, here in Sandestin Resort at Luau. We loved not only the beach but also the upscale Resort and the nice afternoon walks through the golf courses. It is our favorite place in Florida. We hope you will enjoy Luau and Sandestin Resort and have a fabulous stay.

Property information

PLEASE NOTE: Luau buildings are being painted and units with balcony will have their flooring re-plastered. Our 1 bedroom with balcony unit is already completed. Studio with balcony will be completed during May-July 2025 and a blue film will be placed on the balcony doors. Ground floor patio is already completed too. 2nd floor unit does not have a balcony, so it is not impacted. There may be occasional construction noise during business hours until project completion. It is 3 minutes walk to the the famous Sandestin beach. The Turquoise waters and white sands will make you fall in love with the Resort. Luau pool is really cool with it's own Waterfall. Great family getaway and Romantic Destination. Please note that 2nd floor Studio (our most economical unit that sleeps 2-3) does not have a balcony. Studio with balcony can hold only 2 chairs and has ocean view from a distance and in between buildings (see unit pictures, by clicking on the property type) No breakfast is served or offered at the condo's. We usually travel to Village of Baytowne Wharf for breakfast/dinner options. We go to Beachhouse restaurant at the beach for lunch. You may click on the apartment or unit link that you are booking to view the specific unit pictures that you will be booking. We are not a hotel and offer privately owned vacation rental condos. You go directly to the unit. There is no front desk to check-in. We send a door code for your unit 7 days before check-in. If you have not seen the instructions email, please check your junk or spam folders, if no info is received, please do contact us before your trip. Our check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Important note: e-signing rental agreement is required before check-in to receive the door code. Security Deposit hold is done after the booking is made through a secure credit card link. Please look for that message after booking is made. Unit charges do not include Security Deposit hold.

Neighbourhood information

Enter through the South entrance (Beachside) of Sandestin. Tell the Security attendant that you are doing self check-in and request a parking pass for the duration of your stay. Drive towards Hilton and Luau buildings are on the left before you reach Hilton.
