Collect seashells on the white sands of the world's most beautiful beaches, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or explore the sound, which is calm, shallow, and perfect for wading or playing with your kids worry-free. Later, enjoy the cool breeze on the waterfront balcony with its amazing view as you watch the pelicans and dolphins playing directly in front of you. The sunset view off the balcony is truly something you won't forget. WHAT’S NEARBY This home sits in a perfect location directly across the street from beach access, next door to both the Tom Thumb convenience store and Peg Leg Pete’s (a local favorite). The Pensacola Beach Cross is a short walk down the road. If you need to get around the island, the trolley stops directly in front of the townhouse and runs from May to October. You will also be within walking/biking distance (one and a half miles) of historical Fort Pickens. The Blue Angels practice over Fort Pickens on scheduled days from March until May.
